In this stage you get in touch with us via our Business App, SMS, Email, Call and share us your requirement.
In this stage salesperson connects with the you and understands your requirements in detail. Following the conversation, the necessary documents are gathered for the proposal continuation.
In this stage we review the SRS ( Software Requirement Specification ) document you've shared.
In this stage the sales person prepares a Business Proposal for you, with the help of the technical team.
Based on the proposal a back and forth meeting is done between you and the sales person to finalize the business proposal
A contract is prepared and shared with you by the salesperson based on the finalized business proposal, after which we expect you to go through it and send it back to us signed.
Once we receive the signed contract from you the sales person gets it counter signed by the director and the accounts department sends it back to you with the Invoice.
Once the advance payment is cleared a project kick off meeting is scheduled within 7 working days
Once the kickoff meeting is completed the project manager sends the project plan to the client in the next couple of days. In parallel the team allocation is done and the team is introduced to you in different development stages.
Keeping your entire business idea into mind a designer is assigned by the project manager who coordinates with you to bring your idea into reality.
Once the entire design is completed the development starts. The project is developed in Milestone manner. Testing is done after every milestone before sharing it with you.
Once we have shared across the completed milestone we expect you to share your feedback and based on that feedback changes to the milestone is done (if required ). This process is done until we receive an approval from your end on that particular milestone.
On completion of all the milestone System and Integration Testing is performed before handing it over.
This is the final stage where the project is deployed on the required platform.
